This extensive whole-home renovation and addition was completed in just 9 months, transforming the existing residence through a complete interior gut and substantial expansion. The project included a new custom kitchen, spa-inspired bathrooms, custom millwork, mudroom and beautifully finished family living spaces throughout. Construction took place during the challenging post-COVID period, requiring careful management of significant supply-chain and scheduling disruptions. The project also encountered a major flooding event, requiring specialized engineered pumping systems to remove the water and allow construction to safely continue. Despite these unexpected challenges, the project remained carefully managed through completion, resulting in a sophisticated, highly functional family home and demonstrating Evandale Homes’ ability to successfully navigate the complexities of a major Toronto renovation.
