Dmitri is the driving force behind Evandale Homes, bringing extensive construction experience, technical expertise, and a meticulous approach to every project. Prior to Evandale, he oversaw the construction of more than 300 homes for one of the GTA’s largest residential builders, developing extensive experience managing complex residential projects from planning through completion.

His background combines military service, electronic engineering, and a Bachelor of Building Science and Construction Management from George Brown College, where he graduated at the top of his class and was recognized with the prestigious Toronto Construction Association (TCA) Award for outstanding academic achievement. Dmitri also served as an Assistant Professor at Ryerson University, sharing his knowledge and industry experience with future construction professionals.

At Evandale, Dmitri works personally with each client throughout the building process, ensuring that architectural vision, construction quality, and budget remain aligned. His hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to transparency define Evandale’s approach—delivering beautifully crafted homes and an exceptional building experience from concept to completion.

Anthony is an exceptional Construction Manager and an integral part of the Evandale Homes team. From the earliest stages of construction through the final walkthrough, he oversees every aspect of the custom home process with an extraordinary level of care, precision, and professionalism.

What truly sets Anthony apart is his attention to detail. He notices the things most people would never see and holds every trade and every stage of construction to an exceptionally high standard. He is constantly thinking several steps ahead—anticipating potential issues, coordinating trades, monitoring quality, and making sure that the architectural and design vision is executed exactly as intended.

Building a custom home involves hundreds of decisions and countless moving parts, and Anthony has an incredible ability to keep everything organized while never losing sight of the details that ultimately make a home exceptional. He is knowledgeable, dependable, approachable, and genuinely invested in the quality of every home he manages.

Alex brings a unique combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business acumen to his role as Project Coordinator at Evandale Homes. With a Ph.D. in Mathematics and Physics, complemented by a background in business and accounting, he approaches construction management with an exceptional level of organization, precision, and attention to detail.

Working closely with our construction team, trades, suppliers, and clients, Alex helps coordinate the many moving parts involved in bringing a custom home or major renovation to completion. From schedules and project documentation to budgets, timelines, and day-to-day coordination, he ensures important details are carefully tracked and communicated throughout the construction process.

Known for his exceptional time-management skills and meticulous nature, Alex has an ability to anticipate issues, keep priorities organized, and ensure projects continue moving forward efficiently. His analytical approach is balanced by a practical understanding of the demands of construction, allowing him to bring structure and clarity to even the most complex projects.

Alex's commitment to accuracy, organization, and high standards makes him an integral part of the Evandale team and helps ensure that every project is managed with the same level of care and professionalism that goes into building the home itself.

With two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Mike leads our projects with unparalleled expertise and dedication. His keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence ensure that every home we build reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship. Mike is one of the cornerstones of Evandale Homes' successful journey in creating dream homes.

In the role of Site Supervisor, Saeed infuses each project with an engineering mindset. With extensive experience in structural elements and finishes, he's the cornerstone of reliability in our homes. Saeed's meticulous attention to detail ensures that every aspect of a project is not just completed but perfected. His unique expertise and precision make him an invaluable leader at Evandale Custom Homes, ensuring that our homes are built to last and inspire.

With more than 15 years of construction experience, Ram brings a broad range of hands-on skills and a strong attention to detail to the Evandale team. His expertise includes painting, drywall, finishing, and general construction, making him a versatile and dependable presence on site.

Ram takes particular pride in achieving clean, precise finishes and ensuring the final details of each home meet Evandale’s standards. His experience, reliability, and commitment to quality make him an important part of bringing each project through its finishing stages.

With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the trades, Chris brings exceptional craftsmanship and practical construction knowledge to every Evandale project. An accomplished carpenter with extensive expertise in millwork and fine finishing, he has a keen eye for detail and takes tremendous pride in the quality of his work.

Chris is also known for his dedication and loyalty to both the Evandale team and the clients we serve. His commitment to doing things properly, attention to detail, and consistently high standards make him an invaluable part of every project he oversees.

With more than 30 years of experience in business administration, Mary brings exceptional organization, experience, and attention to detail to Evandale Homes. She plays an important role in keeping clients informed throughout their projects, maintaining clear communication regarding billing, project milestones, and important updates. Her commitment to organization and transparency helps ensure every client feels informed and supported from start to finish.

Lana, our accomplished Business Administrator, brings a unique blend of legal expertise and financial acumen to our team. With a background in law, accounting, and logistics, she's the architect of our organized operations.
